Note: If you choose to waive medical coverage, VHH will pay you $40 per pay period. USC VHH employees opting out of medical coverage must provide reasonable evidence of proof of coverage consistent with the Affordable Care Act annually. No opt-out will be paid if USC VHH knows or has reason to know that the employee or a member of the employee’s family does not have alternate coverage.
