LiveHealth Online
Primary care physician and mental health visits can be conducted online, where physicians can answer your questions, make a diagnosis, and prescribe basic medication if needed. Physicians are available year-round, 24/7. This service is only available within the United States.
Note that you will need your subscriber ID which begins with NP followed by the 7 digits of your employee ID number (NPXXXXXXX). Be sure to select “Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield” when asked which insurance you have. Employees and their spouses will need to create their own LiveHealth account to access a doctor visit; children can be seen using the employee’s account, but you will need to create a profile for each child.

Lyra Health
Members have access to mental health and wellbeing support from Lyra Health. . Your mental health and well-being is important at every stage of life. Whatever you’re going through, Lyra can connect you to the right support quickly and easily. Services include:
- Find personalized recommendations for therapists, that are available to see you with in as little as two days
- Meet with a therapist or coach in person or online,
- Access digital self-care resources
- Faculty, staff, and their dependents receive 25 no-cost therapy and coaching sessions annually. Additional sessions and services are available for the cost of the plan’s mental health office visit copay
