Cultivating Care – A Trojan Well-being and Connection Program

descriptive-image

Cultivating Care is a virtual well-being and connection program, bringing new Trojans together to explore practices that strengthen USC’s culture of care – for themselves, their colleagues, and the Trojan community.

Sponsored by the USC WorkWell Center and University HR Learning & Organizational Development, the monthly, 60-minute course provides strategies to support well-being and belonging at USC, techniques for managing stress and fostering resilience, and opportunities to explore a range of self-care approaches, all in a welcoming and safe space.

Through guided activities, participants will explore how the evidence-backed techniques, skills, and knowledge can guide them as they transition into their new role at USC.
