Vigil to remember victims of anti-Asian hate

The USC Asian Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Association (APIFSA), in conjunction with Asian Pacific American Student Services (APASS), Asian Pacific American Student Assembly (APASA), and the USC Office of Religious and Spiritual Life – is holding a vigil at 5 – 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9 to remember the victims of anti-Asian hate.

The vigil will take place at the corner of W Jefferson Blvd and Hoover Street, around the fountain.

Faculty and staff are welcome to join in remembering the victims of the Atlanta shootings, which took place on March 16, 2021, and the recent victims of anti-Asian hate. This inclusive event is a safe space to grieve, remember, and support.
