The conference’s primary goal is to continue developing and sustaining a coaching culture within USC. A coaching culture embodies an organizational ethos of continuous learning, growth, and mutual support. This environment encourages leaders and employees to engage in active feedback, guidance, and development, empowering individuals to reach their full potential and drive collective success.

Use event code CCC2025 to register today! The registration fee is $35.

Who should attend? Those interested in learning about coaching, recent graduates of a coach training program or anyone who is interested in supporting the coaching culture.

The learning outcomes of this interactive conference will be:

  • Enhance Growth Through Coaching: Foster a growth mindset, adaptability, and resilience to drive team collaboration and learning.
