Introducing the refreshed TrojanLearn

This week, you may notice that TrojanLearn, USC’s learning platform, has a new look and feel.

While the platform will continue to support USC faculty and staff in completing required training, the redesign offers easier-to-use navigation to enhance your learning experience along with new features to help support your professional development journey – all at no cost to the university.

The following updates have been made by better leveraging TrojanLearn’s existing capabilities.

New

  • A Learner Home page designed to help you find courses that support your learning, along with color-coded labels distinguishing required versus optional training and due dates.
  • Adaptive course playlists – that you can also create – recommend learnings that align with your interests and professional goals.
  • A TrojanLearn Tutorials page offering “how-to” guides and videos for navigating the platform’s features and functions, including how to use Learner Home and manage playlists.

Improved

  • A redesigned FAQ page with updated content and new resources for improved support.
  • An updated Transcript page with clear instructions for archiving courses, locating certificates, and other navigation options.

Updated

  • Enhanced search capabilities enable you to better filter available courses based on subjects, training type, duration, and more.
