Did you take part in the Fight On! Football Wellness Challenge?

From Sept. 27 to Nov. 19,the challenge  – organized by the USC WorkWell Center  – promoted health and well-being among faculty and staff by offering ideas on how to incorporate well-being activities into their daily lives.

The football-themed challenge saw 830 participants provided with a game card and challenged to tackle various health and well-being activities. Points were earned for touchdowns (completing seven activities in a row) and field goals (submitting photos from the challenge) – with an impressive 22 participants scoring four or more touchdowns!

Participants also received weekly emails with tips, resources, and fun facts, and prizes were awarded to entrants who completed their game cards.
