This year’s Open Enrollment period, which runs from Monday, Oct. 16 through Monday, Oct. 30, is your annual opportunity to review your current benefits coverage and to use Workday to make elections for 2024.

If you’re planning to be on campus, make sure to check out the in-person Benefits Fairs where you can meet with USC’s benefits, retirement, and well-being vendors to ask questions about their plans and offerings:
- Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Pardee Plaza UPC
- Thursday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Pappas Quad, HSC
As a reminder, certain benefits do not automatically roll over each year – like FSAs – and others may automatically be reset to “Select,” such as the Spousal Surcharge.
