New TrojansAlert system to launch Sept. 17

As announced in an email from Senior Vice President of Administration David Wright, USC is upgrading its emergency notification system, TrojansAlert. Contact information for faculty and staff will continue to come from Workday, which will automatically include them in TrojansAlert emails.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to add their cell phone number to their contact information in Workday, as texts are the fastest and most direct way to reach individuals during an emergency. Those who do not include a cell phone number will only receive email notifications.
