USC is partnering with the Los Angeles Fire Department to provide a drive-through vaccination site at the Flower Street parking structure for South Los Angeles residents. Therefore, until Saturday, July 31, the Flower Street structure will not be available for USC permit parking.
Please note that until further notice, parking remains free during the current pandemic, and permit holders are able to use their campus permits in any structure at UPC. The closest structure to Flower is the Figueroa Structure, behind the USC Hotel (accessible via the driveway from Figueroa, or enter the structure directly from Flower or Exposition with your USC ID).
