While we’re seeing some positive progress around the COVID-19 pandemic with Los Angeles County now in the yellow tier, the financial hardships caused by COVID-19 still continue.
To our faculty and staff – the lifeblood of our university – please remember that USC has an Employee Support Fund available to all current full-time and part-time USC employees, as well as recent USC employees whose job status at USC has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Employee Support Fund may cover expenses such as:
- temporary housing/rent assistance needed due to COVID-19
- unexpected medical costs due to COVID-19
- food insecurity due to COVID-19
- necessary personal, family, living, or funeral expenses resulting from COVID-19
If you’re finding it hard to make ends meet because of special challenges due to the pandemic, take a look and see if you’re eligible for assistance.
