2022 USC Coaching Conference

The Office of Talent & Organizational Development would like to invite you as we celebrate the launch of USC’s eighth annual coaching cohort. Our 2022 USC Coaching Conference will be a virtual event on Thursday, Feb. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

What is a coaching culture? A coaching culture is one in which everyone demonstrates coaching skills such as being open and curious, cultivating trust, actively listening, providing feedback, and facilitating growth. As a result, it improves communication and promotes belonging within the USC community.
