2024 USC Coaching Conference

The USC HR Learning and Organizational Development Office invites you to join our third annual Coaching Conference, “Coaching for Impact: Fostering Positive Change in the Workplace,” which takes place at the Davidson Continuing Education Center (DCC), UPC on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The primary goal of the conference is to continue to develop and sustain a coaching culture within USC.

A coaching culture is one in which everyone demonstrates coaching skills such as being open and curious, cultivating trust, actively listening, providing feedback, and facilitating growth. As a result, it improves communication and promotes belonging within the USC community.

Who should attend? Those interested in learning about coaching, recent graduates of a coach training program or anyone who is interested in supporting the coaching culture.

The learning outcomes of this interactive conference will be:

  • Gaining a better understanding of how coaching will improve communication and trust within their teams.
  • Learning how to apply coaching principles following ICF framework to build meaningful relationships with those they support.
  • Learning about coaching trends.
