Coaching program

Develop your coaching skills through the USC Coaching Program

Note: USC employees have priority for this program.

The USC Coaching Program is offered in collaboration with the Goldvarg Consulting Group. The program lasts six months and received accreditation by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours (ACSTH). It is designed to develop coaching skills and puts one on the path to becoming an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

As a trained coach, you will collaborate with other faculty and staff to maximize your potential, achieve objectives, become more effective, and bring more wellbeing to your lives. Becoming a trained coach will allow you to make a significant impact on your team, and at USC.

What is coaching?

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. Watch this video!
