Did you line up for the Fight On! Football Wellness Challenge this year?
From Sept. 19 to Oct. 28, the USC WorkWell Center organized the challenge to encourage faculty and staff to adopt a healthy lifestyle by incorporating health and wellness activities into their daily lives.
This year, more than 500 participants tackled the football-themed challenge with their game cards in hand. Points were earned for touchdowns (completing seven healthy activities) and field goals (submitting photos while participating in the challenge) – with an impressive 24 participants scoring four or more touchdowns!
Participants also received weekly email tips and resources, and prizes were awarded for completing game card activities.
Check out some of the field goal photos submitted by our faculty and staff below!
