Monkeypox is a rare disease caused by infection with the monkeypox virus. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is tracking an outbreak of monkeypox that has spread across several countries that don’t normally report monkeypox, including the U.S.

USC has created a Monkeypox Information site (https://monkeypoxinfo.usc.edu) to provide faculty, staff, and students with the latest information about the disease.

In addition to the latest news about cases, the website also provides vaccine sign-up information, isolation instructions, up-to-date outbreak data, and details for who to contact with workplace, health, sick time, and benefits questions.

If you have questions, please use the site’s contact page.
