Did you know that faculty, staff, student workers, and post docs can receive their W-2 electronically?
To do so, you must first register with ADP no later than Dec. 31, 2025. To sign up, you will need your seven-digit USC employee number, which is found at the top of your payslip and is accessible via Workday (note, this is a different number than the number on your USCard).

If you have already registered for an ADP account and opted into paperless statements in a previous year, no further action is needed to receive your 2025 W-2 electronically.
