Did you know that faculty, staff, student workers, and post docs can receive their W-2 electronically?
The 2021 W-2 will be distributed no later than January 31, 2022.
To do so, you must first register with ADP. To sign up, you will need your 7-digit USC employee number, which is found at the top of your payslip and is accessible via Workday (this is a different number than the number on your USCard).

If you have completed this process in the past, you do not do so again to receive your W-2 electronically in 2022.
