The USC Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) has launched an in-person pop-up to expand access to HR support across campus.
The pilot program offers on-site service every Wednesday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (closed 12-1 p.m.) at two alternating locations. Appointments are available in the CAL Building at UPC and can be scheduled through the online scheduling link, while a new drop-in-only site recently opened in the Social Sciences Building basement, Room B25, near McCarthy Quad. The space is accessible by elevator or outdoor stairs behind the building.
The pop-ups provide assistance with benefits, retirement, Workday, and other HR needs.
The HRSC also continues to support faculty and staff by phone and email Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
