Follow the steps below to schedule your one-on-one session, which is available virtually and in-person.

- Decide your preferred meeting type: in-person or online.
- Schedule your appointment.
- Schedule a 45-minute in-person appointment using the CAPTRUST Calendly page. These meetings will be held at the USC Gardens Building, starting June 22 and offered once a month until the end of 2026.
- Schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting using the online scheduling tool. When registering, please use your USC email address and enter “USC” or “University of Southern California” under “Employer’s (Company) Name.”
- On the day of your appointment, bring any needed financial documents (account balances, contribution details, etc.) to support your session.
