Introducing CAPTRUST at Work

CAPTRUST at Work – USC’s new, free financial wellness benefit – is available to all USC employees, regardless of benefit-eligible status, to help you navigate your financial goals with confidence. This program offers access to educational resources, digital tools to support you at every stage of your financial journey, and one-on-one guidance with experienced financial advisors.

CAPTRUST’s confidential sessions can provide meaningful guidance to support you at any stage of life, including:

  • Helping you make confident decisions when paying for education, buying a car, or preparing for homeownership
  • Building a personalized plan for budgeting, saving, and managing debt and credit
  • Maximizing your USC benefits with guidance to understand your benefits options and retirement planning
  • Growing and protecting your wealth with guidance on investing, tax strategies, insurance, and estate planning
  • Helping you navigate financial situations, such as family financial planning and balancing competing priorities

Regardless of your financial situation, goals, or planning stage, free, one-on-one consultations with a trusted CAPTRUST financial advisor can help guide you through any and every stage of your financial journey. Follow the steps below to schedule your one-on-one session, which is available virtually and in-person.

Next steps:

  • Decide your preferred meeting type: in-person or online.
  • Schedule your appointment.
    • Schedule a 45-minute in-person appointment using the CAPTRUST Calendly page. These meetings will be held at the USC Gardens Building, starting June 22 and offered once a month until the end of 2026.
    • Schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting using the online scheduling tool. When registering, please use your USC email address and enter “USC” or “University of Southern California” under “Employer’s (Company) Name.”  
    • On the day of your appointment, bring any needed financial documents (account balances, contribution details, etc.) to support your session.
