HR and IT help
Starting March 16, due to the COVID-19 situation and the directive for employees to work from home when possible, the HR Service Center will be available by email only – email@example.com. Phone service will not be available until employees return to campus. Staff will answer emails Mon-Fri, from 7am-6pm.
Problems with your desk phones, email, USC NetID log in, network performance, etc. should be directed to ITS for help with those issues and other tech-related concerns. Their webpage even includes a lists of local IT contacts so you can find out who in your school, department or division can help with all things related to your information technology.

The HR Service Center is your “one-stop shop” for benefits, payroll, or any other HR-related inquiries, providing prompt, accurate and thorough help on all employment-related matters for faculty, staff and student workers.
A Center team member will shepherd you through your question or problem until it is fully resolved. They’re available Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm.
Looking for someone else?
If you’re looking for your own unit’s HR Partner, you can find the names of all your HR support staff in Workday. See Who are your personal HR support staff? on the Workday Help site under “personal information.”
If you’re looking for help from the Office of Equity and Diversity, visit their website.
If you have questions about how laws, regulations and university policies may impact your job duties, or if you need to report suspected violations of law, regulation or policy confidentially and without fear of retribution, contact the Office of Professionalism and Ethics. You may also find USC’s Reporting Wrongdoing policy to be helpful.
