To enhance the security of USC-specific information, details about the benefits available to you on the Employee Gateway are moving behind Single Sign On (SSO). This is part of university-wide efforts to strengthen cybersecurity and minimize phishing attempts.
Following this transition, you can continue to easily locate this information by going to the Employee Gateway “Benefits & Perks” page, where you’ll find a high-level overview of USC’s employee benefits and be directed to log in to a new SSO-protected benefits site for more detail. The new Benefits site will mirror the Employee Gateway layout for a seamless transition. However, the page links will be different, so that in the event of someone landing on an old page link, they will be provided guidance on how to find what they’re looking for on the new Benefits site.
For candidates and retirees who do not have a USC NetID, they can refer to the high-level overview on the “Benefits & Perks” page and find guidance redirecting them to the appropriate contact for more information.
