The USC Experience
The USC Experience is a university-wide initiative that seeks to create a highly individualized, truly memorable and transformative customer service experience for our students, patients and families.
Under the direction of President Nikias, this initiative was inspired by insights from the book The Experience Economy (Joseph Pine and James Gilmore, 2011), and aims to help differentiate USC from other top research universities in the years to come.
