Employee Support Fund eligibility expanded

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to create financial hardships for many, USC has recently expanded its Employee Support Fund program in order to help.

Eligibility to apply for funds has been expanded to recent USC employees whose job status at USC has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

All current full-time and part-time USC employees are also still eligible to apply.

The Employee Support Fund may cover expenses such as:

  • temporary housing/rent assistance needed due to COVID-19
  • unexpected medical costs due to COVID-19
  • food insecurity due to COVID-19
  • necessary personal, family, living, or funeral expenses resulting from COVID-19

If you’re finding it hard to make ends meet because of special challenges due to the pandemic, take a look and see if you’re eligible for assistance.
