Healthy Habits Webinar Series

USC faculty and staff have spent the last year adjusting to a new normal of teaching, working, learning, and living. As on-campus activities begin to resume, many face the challenge of maintaining current work and personal life routines, and healthy habits and environments.

Every other Thursday from June 17 – September 23, please join the USC Center for Work and Family Life (CWFL) for this series (full schedule below) featuring expert partners across campus, as they provide strategies and resources to help navigate the transition and recovery from pandemic life while continuing or establishing long-lasting healthy habits.

The opportunity to be in-person again in the coming months is exciting! As we transition into new routines and norms, there may be uncertainty and anxiety.
