McKay’s is once again participating in the Blended Burger Project, a nationwide competition among chefs to create a healthier, more sustainable and still delicious burger. At McKay’s you’ll find a grass-fed beef, shiitake, porcini and truffle mushroom patty with sweet onion and Calabrese jamp, on a house-made chive and manchego brioche (with porcini-truffle aioli, truffle fondue and a garnish of fried enoki mushrooms, of course).
